In case many of you haven't noticed pot hole season has come early this year. Due to our recent cold snap and the current warming trend, a brand new batch of potholes has come into view a little early this year. Usually it's a spring/summer problem but at the moment a lot of E-dot looks similar to a war zone. The largest culprits seem to be Fort Road and parts of the Yellowhead. Because I drive a small car which is pushed a long by 13" donuts these pot holes affect me more than most. There's a couple holes I narrowly missed that my car might not have made it out of. They would have needed the jaws of life to get me and my little mofo out. Let's hope the pot hole patrol gets their asses in gear, not using winter as an excuse. If all was perfect in this world I would see some results from my recent bullshit supplementery taxation bill (For the improvements done to my condo before I bought it). You can always count on the city of Edmonton to find new ways to fuck the common man. And their timing is impeccable. Tis' the season...
Speaking of screwing the little guy, Impark is trying to possibly improve their image. The story is if you bring a new toy to the salvation army tommorow morning with an impark ticket, they will waive the fine. Each toy will pay off one ticket. If you ask me it's too late for those assholes. Although I haven't had any dealings with them, I have heard too many bad stories about people getting bent over and violated by these crooked fuckers.
