Stampedin' in Cowtown

So, heading down to the stampede in Calgary this weekend. Though everybody else going has proclaimed that they would be dressing up in cowboy garb, I loudly stated that I would not under any circumstances wear that shit. But after various insults on my character and personal style from a few inferior individuals, I have rethought my stance and acquired the boots seen above ( I didn't pay for them!!!) as a starting point for my outfit. Who knows where it can go from here but it can only lead to ten kinds of bad. I'll keep you posted.

Apparently, Dj Shadow has made the cover of this month's 'URB' magazine. In lieu of his upcoming album, "The Outsider", he is obviously trying to promote himself. After listening to at least one of his new tracks and hearing what direction he is headed, it sounds like the Bay area's own has rediscovered his hip-hop roots and started dabbling in crunk. I don't know if this scares or excites me but I'm anxious to hear the results either way.
